Job Overview

1-800 STRIPER of Union is looking for a results-driven, hands-on Striping Foreman to join our team during a pivotal moment of growth. As a key player in our North Jersey expansion, you'll lead striping crews, operate equipment, manage jobsite logistics, and play a central role in project execution and team productivity. This is a full-time, seasonal position with night and weekend work, and substantial opportunity for advancement as our business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate medium-duty box trucks and line striping equipment on job sites.
• Lead and supervise team members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Manage truck inventory, jobsite materials, and maintain equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company, DOT, and OSHA safety procedures.
• Use mobile technology to manage job progress and documentation.
• Train and support lower-level crew members.
• Administer daily job protocols and adjust work based on conditions.
• Perform striping application on parking lots and large commercial properties.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and in varying outdoor conditions.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a construction-related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong work ethic and desire to grow in a leadership role.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and push up to 350 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Preferred Experience:
• Prior experience in seasonal/outdoor work or equipment operation.
• Familiarity with line striping or commercial painting is a plus.
