Key Responsibilities

• Operate line striping and related equipment in commercial parking lots and sites.
• Assist with daily job preparation including loading paint, stencils, and gear.
• Perform equipment maintenance, cleaning, and inspection.
• Maintain clean and organized work zones on job sites.
• Support the Crew Leader with layout work and general crew assistance.
• Track paint and supply inventory on the truck.
• Follow safety protocols and report issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong physical condition: ability to lift 60 lbs and push up to 350 lbs.
• Evening and night shift availability is required, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in seasonal or outdoor manual labor.
  • Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time, Seasonal (May 1st - November 1st)
• Sunday - Saturday | 6:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. | 45 hours/week
• Night shifts and weekend work required during peak season

Work Location

• Union, New Jersey and surrounding local travel
• Company vehicle provided for travel
