Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC in Savannah, GA is seeking a dependable Striping Crew Laborer to support pavement marking on roadways, parking lots and other paved surfaces. You will assist with layout, preparation, painting and traffic control while maintaining a safe, productive work site.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work outdoors in varying conditions. Prior pavement marking or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in pavement marking or construction is a plus, but not required.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Outdoor work in heat and inclement weather.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; CDL is a plus.
• Willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist with layout and preparation of work areas for striping, including measuring and chalk lining
• Load, unload, and organize paint, thermoplastic materials, stencils, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and support striping machinery under supervision
• Mask and protect surfaces that do not require markings
• Apply paint or thermoplastic material using sprayers, hand liners, or other tools as directed
• Set up traffic control devices and signage to ensure safe work zones
• Perform cleanup of tools, equipment, and job site at the end of each shift
• Follow instructions from the Foreman and communicate effectively with team members
• Wear proper PPE and comply with all safety requirements

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist with layout and preparation of work areas for striping, including measuring and chalk lining
• Load, unload, and organize paint, thermoplastic materials, stencils, and equipment
• Operate hand tools and support striping machinery under supervision
