Job summary

Brothers Eosso Paving LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Striping Crew Foreman to lead pavement marking operations on roadways, parking lots and other paved surfaces. This role supervises the striping crew, coordinates equipment and materials, ensures quality workmanship, and maintains a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on striping experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on schedule.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in pavement marking, striping, or related construction field.
  • 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of striping equipment, materials, and application methods.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily activities of the striping crew, including laborers and equipment operators.
  • Read and interpret plans, layouts, and specifications for pavement markings.
  • Lay out striping patterns using measuring tools, chalk lines, and templates.
  • Operate striping equipment, paint sprayers, thermoplastic applicators, and related machinery.
  • Ensure markings are applied accurately, cleanly, and to required thickness and standards.
  • Coordinate delivery and preparation of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Set up and maintain traffic control and safety zones per DOT and company standards.
  • Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety practices.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce PPE and safe work procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of production quantities, labor hours, and material usage.
  • Communicate effectively with management, inspectors, and clients to address project requirements or issues.

Job Summary -

Key Responsibilities -
