Job summary

Ericson Manufacturing in Willoughby, OH is seeking Stringlight Assemblers to join our team. You will perform repetitive assembly tasks to produce stringlight units and work with hand tools, fixtures, and cables.

We offer multiple shifts: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (Mon–Thu), and alternative options 4:00 AM–2:30 PM or 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (Mon–Thu). High school diploma or equivalent required; six months related experience preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform any assembly-type function, using hand, power tools, small presses and fixtures.
Manipulate cables and wires while staking/terminating electrical sockets according to specifications.
Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements.
Safely operates any equipment needed to perform job within the assembly.
Utilize production job schedules, and confer with supervisors/leads, to determine work priorities.
Refer to engineering documentation such as CAD drawings and manufacturing procedures.
Record production data such labor time and quantities using ERP system.
Inform supervisors /leads of equipment malfunctions that need to be addressed.
Clean and maintain equipment, machinery, and work stations on a daily basis.
Perform related duties as needed by supervisor.
