Job summary

A community-focused organization in Middletown, Ohio, is seeking a Program Specialist to lead stretch therapy sessions and design personalized wellness plans. The ideal candidate will have certification in Stretch Therapy and relevant experience in a wellness or rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, educating clients, and collaborating with other wellness professionals. Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
• Certification in Stretch Therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST), or similar modality required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a wellness, fitness, or rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one and group stretch therapy sessions using safe, effective techniques.
• Design and implement personalized wellness plans focusing on mobility and stress relief.
• Conduct initial assessments to determine mobility restrictions and flexibility levels.
• Educate members on benefits of stretch therapy, recovery protocols, and preventative care strategies.
• Track and document client progress, adjust programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals for referrals beyond stretch therapy.
• Support wellness workshops and outreach events promoting stretch therapy.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe therapy spaces and equipment.
• Stay current with trends in wellness and stretch techniques through education.
