StretchMed Hoboken is seeking a dynamic Stretch Therapist to help lead our Mile Square studio on Washington Street. You will partner with the Studio Manager to drive daily operations, spearhead local outreach, and deliver our 1-on-1 stretching and percussion therapy protocols.

Qualificações

• Must have licensing and certification as required by local regulation.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients in a day.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1-on-1 stretch therapy sessions tailored to each client.
• Know each client to suggest lifestyle changes aligned with their goals.
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and correct form.
• Document client needs and progress per company standards.
• Support studio operations to maintain cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Contribute to driving sales, new client conversions, and service excellence.
• Assist in planning local marketing, community events, and outreach.
