Job summary

StretchLab Minnesota is hiring Flexologists to join our team across studios in Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Edina, Lakeside and Maple Grove. You will conduct one-on-one assisted stretches, assess clients, develop personalized routines, and support mobility and wellness.

We welcome recent grads; a bachelor's or master's in athletic training or related field; CPR/First Aid preferred; training includes online and in-person sessions. Part-time and full-time opportunities with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or related field.
• Certification in stretching techniques or relevant disciplines (e.g., yoga, Pilates, personal training).
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients to understand limitations and needs.
• Develop individualized stretching programs tailored to client goals.
• Use static, passive and PNF stretching techniques.
• Educate clients on stretching importance and body mechanics.
• Document stretch sessions and client progress.
• Maintain professionalism and rapport with clients.
