Job summary

StretchLab Minnesota is seeking athletic trainers, trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, and related professionals to join our team at studios in Chanhassen, Eden Prairie, Edina, Lakeside, and Maple Grove. This role focuses on one-on-one assisted stretches to improve flexibility and mobility, with strong emphasis on safety and client comfort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or related field.
• Certification in stretching techniques or relevant disciplines (e.g., yoga, Pilates, personal training).
• Previous experience in personal training, physical therapy, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to go through Flexologist Training Program (20 hours online, 2 days in-person, 20 hours practice).
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments and customize stretching programs to individual needs.
• Develop individualized stretching routines tailored to client goals and limitations.
• Demonstrate static, passive, and PNF stretching techniques.
• Provide education on assisted stretching, flexibility, and body mechanics.
• Document stretch sessions and track client progress.
• Maintain professionalism and build rapport with clients.
