Job summary

Massage Envy Edina is hiring a Stretch Provider to deliver personalized assisted stretch sessions that enhance flexibility, mobility, and recovery for clients.

You may come from a background in personal training, stretch therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, athletic training, or related fields, and you will educate clients on movement and wellness while collaborating with massage therapists and front desk staff.

Qualifications

• Certification or education in personal training, stretch therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, athletic training.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement principles.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client's goals.
• Educate clients on flexibility, posture, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Track client progress and maintain session documentation.
• Recommend ongoing wellness plans and membership options.
• Create an exceptional client experience through professionalism and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and front desk staff.
