Job summary

Stretch Zone Weston is seeking health and wellness professionals to deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and guide clients through sessions in a fast-growing studio. You will promote the Stretch Zone approach and help grow membership while ensuring safety and high-quality service.

The role emphasizes communication, energy, reliability, and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. Training will be provided, and opportunities for advancement exist within the studios.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness environment and mobility emphasis.
• Positive energy, enthusiasm, and great attitude.
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and attendance.
• Must be available to pass a week of training to learn modalities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
• Build Stretch Zone membership and retain current clientele.
• Ensure safety of clients regarding stretch techniques and enforce policies.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Handle member concerns when applicable.
• Assist General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed.
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use.

The Role :

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Build Stretch Zone membership and retain current clientele
• Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Zone polices and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable

• Positive energy, enthusiasm, & great attitude brought daily
• Required background:
  • Certified Athletic Trainer
  • Physical Therapist or Assistant
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • Strength and Conditioning Coach
  • Chiropractor
  • Personal Trainer (Certification obtained from nationally accredited organization)
• Fantastic communication skills
• Passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
• Must be available to pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities.
