Stretch Zone Plantation is hiring for a role that delivers one-on-one assisted stretches, motivates clients, and grows our membership while ensuring safety and policy adherence. The position emphasizes client education, positive energy, and reliable attendance in a boutique fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Love of boutique fitness with passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility.
• Excellent communication and positive attitude daily.
• Certifications in athletic training, PT/assistant, corrective exercise, or related fitness credentials are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to clients.
• Encourage and motivate clients during sessions.
• Build Stretch Zone membership and retain clients.
• Ensure client safety and enforce studio policies and safety rules.
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
• Address member concerns as needed.
• Assist GM with studio tours and sales.
• Clean and maintain equipment for client use.

The Role :

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients


• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions


• Build Stretch Zone membership and retain current clientele


• Ensure safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Zone polices and safety rules


• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations


• Handle member concerns when applicable


• Assist General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed


• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

Qualifications :

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility


• Positive energy, enthusiasm, & great attitude brought daily


• Required background:


• Certified Athletic Trainer


• Physical Therapist or Assistant


• Corrective Exercise Specialist


• Strength and Conditioning Coach


• Chiropractor


• Personal Trainer (Certification obtained from nationally accredited organization)


• Fantastic communication skills


• Passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve their goals


• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies


• Must be available to pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities.
