Job summary

A leading fitness studio in Fort Mill is seeking a General Manager to drive sales and manage studio operations. The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of proven success in sales, preferably within the fitness industry, and possess a degree in Exercise Science or a related field. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The position offers a base salary starting at $39,000 plus additional incentives and bonuses based on studio performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven success in sales required, preferably in membership sales within the fitness industry.
• Availability for 2 weeks out of town job training.
• Highly organized and proficient in data management.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio revenue through membership sales.
• Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking.
• Manage and drive all revenue from membership sales.
