Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy, PLC is seeking a Stretch Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis across our Lansing-area locations (Lansing, Okemos, Mason, Dewitt).

You will conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions, educate clients on mobility and movement strategies, and collaborate with physical therapists to help patients move better and feel their best. We offer mentoring, growth, and a supportive, compassionate culture.

Pay

$17.00–$19.00 per hour

Are you passionate about helping people move and feel their best? Our growing physical therapy clinic is looking for a Stretch Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in exercise science, kinesiology, health sciences, personal training, or fitness who enjoys working one-on-one with clients to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement.

We emphasize comprehensive training, mentorship, and credential development to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in a clinical environment.

What You’ll Do

• Educate clients on Stretch services and membership options.
• Help clients understand the value of continued care and address questions or concerns.
• Follow up with prospective, current, and former clients to help build and maintain a caseload.
• Participate in community outreach, including connecting with local gyms, organizations, and events.
• Support membership growth and other marketing efforts as directed.

• Backgrounds in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Athletic Training, Personal Training, Fitness or Human Performance. Related health or movement science degree are preferred, but not required.
