Job summary

StretchLab Spartanburg Johns Creek is hiring Flexologist/Stretch Therapist to deliver one-on-one assisted stretching in a professional studio. You will tailor sessions using your knowledge of anatomy to help clients improve mobility and reduce pain.

We welcome LMTs, PTs, trainers, and exercise science grads. Both part-time and full-time positions are available with flexible scheduling and training in StretchLab methodology.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license, certification, or degree in a health or fitness field (LMT, CPT, PT/ PTA, OT, AT, RYT, etc.).
• Prior stretching experience is NOT required; training will be provided in StretchLab methodology.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and human movement.
• Ability to work with diverse client ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions in a clean, calm studio.
• Customize stretching plans based on client needs and movement education.
• Work with clients across ages and fitness levels, from athletes to desk workers.
• No cold calling or selling; focus on hands-on, purpose-driven work.
• Review client schedules and manage 4–6 sessions per day (25 or 50 minutes).
• Maintain a professional, supportive team environment.
