About the Role

Massage Envy is the leader in accessible massage and skin care and creator of the exclusive Streto Method, a premier, customizable, assisted stretch service. As a stretch service provider at our Hamburg/Orchard Park franchised location, you'll join a team passionate about helping people feel their best through total body care strategies. Your role involves:

• Combining your experience with our 15+ years of massage expertise and the latest stretch research to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and performance.
• Building relationships with members and guests to support their total body care goals.
• Delivering safe, effective, and therapeutic stretch sessions.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering Total Body Stretch sessions to promote flexibility, mobility, circulation, injury prevention, recovery, and performance, within scope and licensing guidelines.
• Personalizing stretch sessions according to client needs and protocols.
• Maintaining client confidentiality and safety standards.
• Embodying Massage Envy’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
• Supporting team goals and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Certified personal trainers or massage therapists with a strong understanding of human anatomy (preferred).
• Minimum one year of experience in personal training, fitness coaching, or therapeutic bodywork.
• Relevant certifications (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, AFPA, or similar) and educational background (Bachelor’s in exercise science or related field preferred).
• Effective communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Enthusiasm for total body care and client wellness.
• Punctuality and teamwork orientation.
