Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Merrifield, VA is seeking a Stretch & Recovery Specialist to empower members to move, perform, and recover at their best through personalized stretch, mobility, and recovery sessions.

You will lead new-member orientations, set goals, track client progress, maintain a growing client base, and coordinate scheduling to meet booking targets in a supportive, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified personal trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized stretch, mobility, and recovery sessions.
• Lead new-member orientations, biometrics, and goal setting.
• Deliver safe, personalized training sessions and track progress.
• Build a client base (min 12 hours/week) and meet booking targets.
