Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy (preferred)
• At least one year of experience in personal training, fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science or similar
• Current certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, AFPA, or similar
• For massage therapists: completion of at least 500 hours of massage therapy school, or current massage license, and adherence to licensing laws
