Job summary

Massage Envy Williston is seeking a part-time Stretch Provider to help clients improve flexibility, mobility and performance. You’ll deliver customized Total Body Stretch sessions and communicate with clients to set expectations and goals.

Compensation starts at $20-$21 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions. Benefits include 401(k), PTO after one year, Employee Assistance Program, referral bonuses, a flexible schedule, and a monthly free massage or stretch session, plus product discounts.

Qualifications

• Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist
• If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in Vermont
• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program
• If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education
• If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
