Job summary

Massage Envy Laurel is seeking a Stretch Provider to use bodywork skills to improve clients’ flexibility, mobility, and performance. The role supports growth within a wellness-focused environment, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with a flexible schedule, healthcare benefits for full-time staff, and a path to develop expertise in total body stretch techniques.

Qualifications

• Licensing/certification required to perform services in Maryland
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or CPT certification for CPT track
• MT Student should have 300 hours of massage education
• Bodywork/fitness coaching experience preferred
• Passion for helping others and growth mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver Total Body Stretch services to improve clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Identify client needs and set clear expectations through communication
• Maintain client engagement during each session to reach goals
• Suggest follow-up visits and additional services to support wellness goals

Qualified Candidates:

• Are a Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapy Student, or Bodywork Specialist
• If MT: Satisfy all licensing/certification requirements to perform services in Maryland
• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program
• If MT Student: Have completed 300 hours of massage therapy education
• If Bodywork Specialist: Have worked a minimum of one year in fitness coaching, therapeutic bodywork or related field AND meet field-specific education and licensing/certification requirements.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Day-to-Day:

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
