Job summary

Massage Envy in Indianapolis is seeking a Stretch Provider to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and performance. You’ll use bodywork skills on a flexible schedule, delivering Total Body Stretch services and guiding clients to achieve their wellness goals.

The role offers full-time and part-time positions with a competitive base pay ($18.00–$24.00/hour) plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, plus benefits such as healthcare for full-time staff, 6% 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Are Certified Personal Trainer
• If CPT: Have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field OR a current personal training certification from an accredited program
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are eager for growth and desire to build on their bodywork mastery

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized Total Body Stretch services to promote clients’ flexibility, mobility and performance
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
