Job summary

A leading fitness service provider in Peoria is seeking a Stretch Manager to drive sales and support members' wellness goals. The ideal candidate will engage in direct member interaction, oversee stretching programs, and manage personal trainers. Candidates need strong people skills and a passion for fitness. This part-time position offers an attractive salary range of $58,656 to $100,000 USD, along with a dynamic team environment and numerous benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales and/or operations experience.
• Ability to successfully perform assisted stretching programs on clients of all sizes and age groups.
• 1-3 years of experience managing a revenue-generating fitness program.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through marketing and networking.
• Implement the sales process to convert requests for information into paying customers.
• Manage stretch staff schedule.

National personal training certification
