About Stretch Zone

Stretch Zone is a wellness studio specializing in practitioner-assisted stretching. Our goal is to help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion while providing a welcoming, supportive experience.

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Stretch Practitioners to join our Reston team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and is comfortable with sales and helping clients find the right membership for their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide practitioner-assisted stretching sessions following Stretch Zone protocols.


• Conduct introductory stretch demonstrations (demos) for prospective members.


• Educate prospective clients about the benefits of assisted stretching and available membership options.


• Confidently close sales and convert demos into new memberships by understanding client needs, answering questions, and explaining the value of membership.


• Build relationships with clients and provide an excellent customer experience.


• Follow stretching techniques, safety guidelines, and training procedures.


• Follow up with prospective members to encourage membership sign-ups.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio.


• Support daily studio operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.


• Comfortable working hands-on with clients in a professional setting.


• Sales-minded, with the ability to confidently ask for the sale and close new memberships.


• Comfortable discussing pricing, membership options, and client benefits.


• Reliable, punctual, motivated, and willing to learn.


• Interest in health, fitness, movement, or wellness.


• Previous sales, retail, fitness, personal training, massage therapy, or customer service experience is preferred.


• Experience meeting sales goals or converting leads into customers is a plus.

Training Requirements

All new hires must successfully complete online training followed by in-person training before independently providing stretching sessions. Training covers Stretch Zone techniques, procedures, and safety standards.

Schedule and Availability

• Part-time and full-time positions available.


• Morning and afternoon shifts available.


• Specific scheduling needs and availability will be discussed during the interview.
