We are seeking Exercise Science or related degreed, DYNAMIC, energetic, wellness-minded, stretch practitioners who love to share their knowledge and skillset. This role is also open for experienced personal trainers, massage therapists, etc.! Must be a good listener, well organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training to learn and test our modalities. Additional training will follow for front desk and operations. As a certified stretch practitioner, you will offer members a comfortable, effective experience that promotes circulation, flexibility, mobility, injury prevention, energy, mental clarity, and overall wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and effective assisted stretching techniques to our Members.
• Serve Members and potential Members while maintaining and reinforcing the culture of Stretch Zone. Tailor programs to individual needs.
• Encourage Members to attend regularly and set or achieve new goals to sustain membership.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio.
• Collaborate with management and front desk staff to ensure outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
