All trainees must complete a week of training to learn and demonstrate proficiency in our modalities.

About Stretch Zone

Stretch Zone is the leading source and educator for advanced practitioner-assisted stretching. Our goal is to enhance performance for health practitioners, massage therapists, trainers, and athletes through the innovative Stretch Zone Method (SZM), which offers proven stretching techniques.

Methodology

Unlike traditional stretching methods that often wait out or overpower the stretch reflex, SZM works with it. Practitioners identify postural and movement limitations and apply specific stretching sessions to correct or mitigate these issues. This approach helps clients reach their maximum potential, whether they are athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals suffering from chronic pain or illness.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have a personal training certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF) and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited bodywork. Continuous skill development and industry advancement are encouraged.
