Fitness and Bodywork Professionals

Compensation: $16 to $22 Hourly

Stretch Zone of El Paso is seeking professionals from the health and wellness industry, with a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals at our Eastside and Westside locations. Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Nurse, Pilates, or Yoga Instructor is preferred.

As a pioneer in practitioner-assisted stretching, Stretch Zone is seeking individuals looking for growth within a fast-growing company. If selected, all trainees must pass a week of training at our corporate offices in Fort Lauderdale, where you will learn and test out on Stretch Zone modalities to help people reduce pain, prevent injury, and improve their overall mobility and performance.

Required Background/Certifications:

1. Licensed Massage Therapist
2. Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach
3. Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid)
4. Certified Pilates or Yoga Instructor
5. RN
6. Kinesiology Graduates encouraged to apply

A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients is required.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to a clean, professional, and positive stretch boutique environment.
2. Outgoing personality and exceptional communication skills.
3. No problems wearing socks and athletic attire for 90% of the work schedule.
4. Passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.
5. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
6. Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and professional.
7. Clean and maintain equipment on a daily basis.
8. Attend and participate in all staff meetings/trainings.
9. Offer a true first-class stretching experience while ensuring the safety of our clients regarding proper stretch techniques and Stretch Zone safety policies.
10. Consistently update client notes and assist in booking recurring stretch sessions for each client.
11. Retain current clients through exceptional client care and communication with Front Desk/General Manager.
