Stretch Zone Naples is hiring confident, outgoing, and sales-minded individuals to join our Park Shore and Vanderbilt studios as Stretch & Membership Consultants. This position offers Part-Time or Full-Time hours in Naples, FL with Hourly Pay plus an uncapped commission structure.

The role focuses on wellness conversations, relationship-building, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects.
• Experience in commission-based sales roles.
• Goal-oriented with performance-based income.
• Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility.
• Excellent time management and ability to stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations.
• Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals.
• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Methodae.
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach.
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals.
• Participate in community events and wellness activations.
• Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment.

What You’ll Do

• Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals
• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in commission-based sales roles
• Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
• Exceptional time management skills
• Coachable and open to structured training
• Must have reliable private closed vehicle (e.g., car, truck, SUV)—otherwise do not apply
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided.
