Job summary

StretchLab South Sarasota is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven individual who is fitness-minded and community oriented to join our team as a Sales Associate. The role focuses on bringing in new members, booking intro classes, and assisting with member retention, with a preference for fitness knowledge but not required.

Responsibilities include lead follow-up, class scheduling, front desk management, tours, and promoting StretchLab services and retail products.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve memberships sales and retail.
• Must learn and use the Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Book and confirm intro classes.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects.
