The Exercise Coach is seeking a dedicated team member to deliver measurable 20-minute strength and mobility sessions using TEC methodology and Exerbotics technology in a supportive studio environment. You will build lasting client relationships and drive membership growth through consultative sales.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR/AED certification required.
• Certified Exercise Coach and Nutrition Playbook certifications.
• Authorized to work in the USA; willing to work early mornings/evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Intake & assessment: conduct consultations, record baseline metrics, set goals.
• Session delivery: lead safe 20-minute workouts and coach-assisted stretches for individuals and small groups.
• Progress tracking & education: log results and review reports with clients.
• Client success & retention: follow up, re-engage missed sessions, build retention and referrals.
• Drive growth & sales: conduct tours/intro sessions, recommend memberships/packages, close consultative sales tied to outcomes; track conversions.
• Operations & admin: keep studio clean, manage client accounts and communications, complete CRM and tasks.
• Teamwork & culture: be a supportive team player, show empathy and warmth, especially with older adults.
