Contract Strength Instructor Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, hospitality-driven instructor to lead exercise sessions across multiple fitness areas.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead exercise sessions in assigned areas.
• Set up and monitor equipment, ensuring it is returned in serviceable condition.
• Distribute handouts or class evaluations, address participant inquiries, and assist with post‑session follow‑up.
• Uphold safety protocols and injury prevention guidelines, report incidents, and prepare required accident reports.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant experience; recognized competency in instruction. Applicable technical certification (e.g., AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM) may be required.
• Degree(s) from an accredited institution can substitute experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
• Certification in first‑aid procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse communities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage routine administrative tasks.
