Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement athletic-performance training programs as directed by the Director of Strength and Conditioning.
  • Coach and demonstrate athletic movements including warm ups, speed, agility, plyometrics, flexibility, and Olympic lifting.
  • Administer performance tests, movement screens, and fitness assessments.
  • Coordinate with athletic training staff on health status and rehab plans for injured athletes.
  • Assist with facility operations, scheduling, and budgeting.
