Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience designing and implementing athletic-performance training programs.
• Knowledge of NCAA, conference and institutional policies and procedures.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and interns.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement athletic-performance training programs for selected sports.
• Coach and demonstrate movement, warm-ups, speed, strength and recovery drills.
• Administer performance tests and movement screens.
• Coordinate with medical and athletic staff on rehab and conditioning.
• Oversee practice scheduling and facility operations with staff.
