The U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) is implementing the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System to improve Soldier readiness, resilience, and deployability. SRI is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to serve as a member of an interdisciplinary H2F Performance Team supporting the 9th Mission Support Command. The position will be primarily located at Fort Shafter Flats, Honolulu, Hawaii, with recurring travel throughout the Pacific region. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will develop and deliver physical readiness programs designed to improve Soldier performance, reduce injury risk, and support mission readiness.
Secret. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess or be able to obtain and maintain the required SECRET security clearance/Tier 3 eligibility.
