Job summary

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to support the 9th Mission Support Command as part of the H2F Performance Team.

The role will be primarily based at Fort Shafter Flats, Honolulu, HI with travel across the Pacific region to support Soldier readiness and performance through comprehensive strength and conditioning programs. The successful candidate will design periodized training aligned with Army Fitness Test requirements, instruct safe exercise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• CSCS or SCCC certification.
• BLS/CPR with AED certification.
• Minimum of three years designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for tactical populations or athletic teams.
• Capable of lifting and manipulating loads up to 45 pounds.
• Willing to travel within CONUS and OCONUS regions, including the Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver physical readiness and conditioning programs.
• Design periodized strength and conditioning programs.
• Align training with Army Fitness Test requirements and unit tasks.
• Instruct proper exercise techniques and injury-risk mitigation.
• Create scalable training templates for units with varied equipment.
• Coordinate with medical personnel for reconditioning after injuries.
• Provide guidance to H2F Integrators and Master Fitness Trainers.
• Participate in Army Reserve training events and travel as needed.
