Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) to design and implement physical training programs that enhance athletic performance and resilience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant SCC experience (waivers possible for veterans, military spouses, or specific internship/assistant experience).
• Current NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification.
• Current BLS certification.

Job description

The Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) is responsible for developing and implementing physical training programs designed to enhance athletic performance and physical fitness, with an emphasis on developing strength, conditioning, and injury prevention strategies.

Duties And Functions

• Develop and execute training programs to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness of clients or athletes.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' performance and progress, providing necessary adjustments to training plans.
• Educate clients on effective exercise techniques and safety protocols.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of training sessions and client progress.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.

Physical Demands

Must be capable of lifting weights up to 45 pounds and performing physical activities under various weather conditions.

$500/ Year for Professional Development

Pay Rate: $32.70/hr
