Smith Performance Center (SPC) is a growth-minded, team-based health and fitness practice located in beautiful Tucson, Arizona. At SPC, we offer physical therapy services along with our strength training gym, which integrates physical therapy, strength training, and wellness programming for our members.
Our strength training services include a Membership program both in person and online, as well as personal training one-on-one sessions with clients. Our Health and Human Performance Program (HHP) is a one-of-a-kind, results-driven program that uses a true team approach to get the best results. We leverage the collective knowledge of our team along with data tracking and weekly training to constantly upgrade the care provided.

The strength coach position is a part-time position that requires between 12-20 hours per week and starts at $20 per hour + commission-based pay for individual training sessions.
