Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources seeks a civilian Functional Strength Coach for a contract at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst near Trenton, New Jersey. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Kinesiology or Exercise Science and NSCA CSCS/TSAC-F certifications.

Candidates should have at least two years of practical strength-coaching experience and a valid BLS. The position offers full-time hours, holiday pay, PTO, and no on-call duty. Location is on-site with military facilities.

Job Requirements:

• Functional Strength Coach


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science from an accredited college or university.


• Certified as a Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).


• Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a practicing strength coach


• BLS
