Job summary

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a civilian Functional Strength Coach opportunity at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst near Trenton, NJ. This is a full-time contract position offering job stability within military health systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, NSCA TSAC-F and CSCS certifications, at least two years of hands-on strength coaching experience, and BLS. Location is on-site in New Jersey, with standard holidays and paid time off included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science from an accredited college or university.
• Certified TSAC-F and CSCS by NSCA.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a practicing strength coach.
• BLS certification.

Job Requirements

• Functional Strength Coach

• Certified as a Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator®(TSAC-F®) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) by the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association).
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a practicing strength coach
• BLS
