Valor Healthcare Inc is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join their team at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The role focuses on improving physical readiness and enhancing performance for assigned personnel through structured strength and conditioning programs.

The Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist shall provide comprehensive performance support focused on improving physical readiness, enhancing durability, reducing injury risk, and optimizing overall mission performance across the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing.
The purpose of this role is to enhance physical performance, reduce injury risk, improve behavioral resilience, optimize cognitive performance, and strengthen mission effectiveness, operational readiness, and long-term durability of assigned personnel.
Ramstein Air Base, Germany
Preferred candidates located in Germany or Europe. Must be a US citizen. Relocation option may be available.
Final compensation will be based on relevant factors including work experience, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
