Candidates will work early mornings and/or evenings, coach groups of 5–20, and help grow a personal training book while supporting membership conversations.

We are looking for a coach who understands movement quality, speed mechanics, force production, and structured strength programming and who enjoys coaching athletes in a fast-paced team environment. You’ll coach athletes ranging from 7-18 years and adult performance clients. This is a part-time position with strong growth potential.
$25–$35 per hour depending on certification level and coaching experience
Additional earning opportunity through personal training clients and PT sales
Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
