Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with at least two years coaching experience and relevant CSCS/CSCCa or USA Weightlifting Level 1 certifications. Flexible schedule includes after-school and weekend events.

The Strength and Conditioning Coach will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children’s Zone: break the cycle of intergenerational poverty with comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that builds up opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.
The Strength and Conditioning Coach will join our PA I Athletics team with the responsibility of designing and implementing exercise programs to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk.
