The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach to join our Athletics and Recreation department in supporting the success of our 16 NCAA Division III intercollegiate sport programs. This is a 10-month, benefit‑eligible position with a salary of $33,846 (equivalent to $40,000 annually for a full-time, 12‑month appointment). The anticipated start date is August 3, 2026. The Assistant Coach plays a key role in developing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for assigned teams. This position provides expert instruction and guidance to help student‑athletes reach their full potential while promoting health, safety, and a positive overall experience. The Assistant Coach contributes to a culture of excellence and compliance, helping to field competitive teams and foster personal growth.
