SNIPES USA is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced sneaker and streetwear environment. You will help with stock, replenishment, and keeping the store visually appealing while engaging shoppers with product knowledge and friendly service.

The role requires energy to meet sales goals, a willingness to work varied shifts including weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in merchandising.
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Actively participate in promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Apply selling skills and customer service standards from training.
• Develop relationships with customers with a friendly attitude.
• Meet standards for store appearance, product knowledge, and operations.
• Keep sales floor and stock area clean and organized.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep displays filled.
• AssistStore Manager/Assistant Manager to take markdowns and meet deadlines.
• Follow security policies and prevent loss.
• Watch for shortages and report theft.
