Job summary

Ideal candidate will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and liaise with public and private stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or planning with relevant experience.
• Alternative: Bachelor's degree in another field with extensive related experience.
• Eight years of related architectural/engineering/construction management experience with two years in major projects.
• California registration as professional engineer or architect with relevant coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble design and construction management team for projects.
• Execute solicitations for professional services and construction contracts.
• Develop project plan and select project delivery method.
• Monitor project scope, budget, funding, cost and schedule.
• Oversee planning and design coordination meetings and support regulatory approvals.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering or planning

Four years project coordination experience

Two years in major architectural/engineering/construction projects

California PE or Architect registration
