Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering or planning; four years of PM experience; two years of additional project coordination.
• California professional engineer or architect registration required; additional coordination experience after licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee a portfolio of major streetscape and public realm capital projects through planning, design, construction and closeout.
• Provide technical oversight and mentorship to subordinate project managers overseeing portfolios up to $66 million.
• Coordinate large-scale multi‑modal safety enhancements, roadway reconstructions, utilities and public realm upgrades.
• Engage with neighborhood organizations and stakeholders to address community concerns during execution.
• Lead interagency collaboration to secure approvals and ensure cohesive design standards across the city.
