Job summary

The City of Corsicana is seeking a Crew Chief - Streets to provide leadership and supervision to the street cuts and street signs crew. You will coordinate repairs to utility street cuts, street failures, street signs, and pavement markers in a timely and professional manner.

You will supervise staff, operate equipment, ensure safety, and maintain records while coordinating with division managers to maintain city streets efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in all phases of street and alley construction.
• Equivalent combinations of education and related municipal work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the street signs crew.
• Maintain and repair traffic signal lights.
• Inspect, install, remove, repair, replace, and maintain pavement markings.
• Repair utility street cuts and street failures.
• Oversee administrative and reporting duties.
