• Troubleshoot, repair, install and remove overhead streetlight and guard light circuits; replace heads, bulbs, photo eyes and refractors.
• Operate bucket and digger trucks as part of daily duties; obtain CDL-A if not already possessed within six months.

Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice in utility construction since 1936, is hiring Streetlight Technicians for our Akron, OH office.

• Our Streetlight Technicians are responsible for performing skilled work in the construction, maintenance and repair of energized and de-energized overhead and underground electrical distribution lines and equipment.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, installing and removing overhead streetlight and guard light circuits, replacement of street and guard light heads, bulbs, photo electric eyes, and refractors.
• This position requires the abilityto operate bucket and digger trucks. Candidates should hold a valid CDL-A or be able to gain one during the first 6 months of employment.
