Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Streetlight/LED Foreman to lead a crew in our Street Light Divisions and coordinate with River City Client Companies under safety guidelines. This role requires planning assignments, directing day/night crews, and ensuring materials and safety procedures are in place.

The Foreman will communicate with customers, monitor progress, train staff, and uphold OSHA standards while managing time sheets and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 4+ years in construction and industry practices; leads complex projects.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 40 hours/week, including nights and travel.
• Able to work in all weather and tolerate outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan daylight and night crews' assignments.
• Communicate with Customers/Client Company and solve problems.
• Conduct field checks to ensure timely goals.
• Train new crew members and ensure proper training.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and safety rules.
