What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Concierge partner network through partner acquisition and management efforts
- Provide guidance and assistance to consumers and agents regarding the NYC real estate market
- Respond to inquiries promptly and personalize communication to ensure a satisfying real estate experience
- Learn and utilize tools to match consumers with agents in the network
- Adhere to compliance guidelines related to real estate practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in real estate, with a focus on customer engagement
- Licensed real estate professional in New York
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and solve problems with a proactive approach
- Genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Deep understanding of the NYC real estate market
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Looker
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
