Job summary

Advantage Behavioral Health Systems in Athens, GA seeks a PATH Street Outreach Team Lead to supervise the Street Outreach program, coordinate service delivery, and ensure grant reporting compliance in Clarke, Jackson, Walton, and Barrow counties.

Under the supervision of the Homeless Support Services & PATH Program Manager, you will conduct outreach, case management, service linkage, and data collection to support unsheltered individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s level degree in Social Services or related field; proven experience acceptable in lieu of education.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Community Counseling with 2+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day program operations of the Street Outreach team.
• Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and staff coverage; enforce established protocols.
• Supervise and evaluate case management staff; conduct weekly team meetings.
• Lead bi-monthly Camp Crisis Response Team meetings with stakeholders to coordinate responses to complaints.
• Promote a collaborative team environment aligned with Advantage’s mission and values.
• Interview, hire, train, and when needed, discipline staff in coordination with HR.
